Preparation & Site Protection

Before any remodeling work begins, we ensure the client’s home is protected from dust, debris, and construction traffic. This project was no exception.

Thoughtful Home Protection Measures

We began by laying floor protection from the home’s entrance all the way to the kitchen, making sure every high-traffic path was covered. Plastic barriers were added at the kitchen entrance facing the dining room when needed, and soft tape was used to secure the coverings without damaging walls. These early steps allow us to work efficiently while keeping the rest of the home clean and untouched.

Demolition & Removal

A clean slate is the first step toward a perfect outcome.

Careful Disconnection of Appliances & Fixtures

We safely disconnected the existing faucet, dishwasher, and disposal—keeping the dishwasher intact for potential reinstallation. We also removed the fridge, microwave, and stove while ensuring each appliance was stored safely and ready for reinstall.

Cabinet, Countertop & Backsplash Removal

All existing cabinets were removed, including an end cabinet near the pantry (after confirming it wasn’t load-bearing). The outdated countertop and backsplash were also dismantled, leaving the room ready for its new design.

Plumbing Upgrades & Adjustments

Clean, efficient plumbing is essential to a functional kitchen.

New Sink Pipeline & Angle Valves

We installed a new pipeline for the sink where needed and upgraded all angle valves for optimal performance. This ensures longevity and prevents future maintenance headaches.

GFCI, Outlet & Switch Upgrades

We upgraded two GFCI outlets and four standard outlets to comply with safety standards and improve usability. Three switches were upgraded, and we installed a new dimmer to give the homeowner complete lighting control.

Custom Cabinet Installation

One of the most transformative parts of the remodel.

Premium RTA Cabinetry Installed with Care

We installed 40 linear feet of customer-selected PK Cabinets G-S Grey Shaker, based on approved digital renderings. These cabinets brought a clean, timeless look to the space.

Functional Add-Ons

We enhanced the storage experience even further by installing three roll-outs inside select pantry and base cabinets. Customer-selected handles were installed to complete the cabinetry.

Quartz Countertops & Sink Installation

Custom Quartz Fabrication & Installation

We fabricated and installed the customer-selected Genuine Material Calacatta Rio quartz countertops, using the full slab to ensure seamless, elegant veining.

New Undermount Sink

A customer-selected sink (up to $500 value) was installed, providing a clean, integrated look beneath the polished quartz.

Porcelain Backsplash Installation

Bright White Subway Tile With Trim Pencils

We installed CTS New York Series Bright White porcelain backsplash with sleek pencil detailing, adding depth and character while keeping the design timeless.

Appliance Installation

Careful Reinstallation & New Appliance Setup

We reinstalled the existing fridge and dishwasher and installed the customer-supplied microwave hood, stove, faucet, and disposal. Every appliance was leveled, aligned, and tested for proper operation.

Drywall, Texture & Paint

Finishing touches that make the room feel “brand new.”

Seamless Wall Repair & Painting

We repaired all areas affected during construction, including drywall, patching, and texture. Select areas were painted to give the kitchen a fresh, cohesive finish (paint material provided by the homeowner).

Kitchen Floor Remodeling

Floor Demo & New Porcelain Installation

We removed the existing flooring and installed 95 sq. ft. of customer-selected Goton Tile Suslate Textured Nero 12x24, creating a bold yet elegant floor surface that complements the cabinetry and counters.

Extra Backsplash & Sink Support

We added 15 additional sq. ft. of porcelain backsplash to complete the design vision and installed a sturdy 2x4 support system beneath the homeowner’s cast iron sink for long-term durability.
